Job DetailsCompany: BROSNAN PROPERTY SOLUTIONS LIMITEDAbout the RoleBrosnan Property Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced and reliable Carpenter to join our growing property maintenance and refurbishment team.This is a varied, hands-on role involving reactive maintenance, carpentry repairs, refurbishment projects and general property upgrades across residential and commercial properties.The successful candidate will be expected to complete carpentry and associated maintenance works safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while maintaining a professional and respectful approach when working in clients’ and tenants’ properties.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general carpentry repairs and property maintenance worksComplete first-fix and second-fix carpentryRepair, adjust and replace doors, frames, locks, hinges, handles and ironmongeryCarry out repairs and adjustments to windows and associated fittingsInstall stud partitions, plasterboard, timber trims, skirting boards and architravesComplete general joinery and making-good worksAssist with refurbishment, renovation and property upgrade projectsCarry out minor general maintenance works where requiredIdentify defects and determine appropriate repair solutionsWork across residential, commercial and social housing propertiesCommunicate professionally with clients, tenants, property managers and office staffProvide accurate updates on job progress and any additional works identifiedMaintain clean, organised and safe working areasEnsure all works are completed in accordance with company health and safety procedures and to a high standard of workmanshipEssential RequirementsMinimum 2 years' relevant experience
