Affirmo Ltd t/a the Harp Tavern is recruiting for chef de parties to join our team.Responsibilities include:Cook to high standardComply with all HACCP legislation and documentationWork well within a busy teamComply with all company policies and proceduresFollow all opening and closing proceduresControl cost and minimise wasteMaintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safetySkills:3 years Experience in busy kitchenAbility to work flexibly under pressureExcellent people skillsAbility to work in a teamExcellent customer service skillsHigh level of initiativeProven experience in roles as chef de partie or sous chefSalary is €36,605 per annum on 39 hours / week.
