Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of two takeaway coffee shop locations in Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring consistent product quality and customer service.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of two coffee shop locationsSupervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverEnsure high standards of customer service are maintained at all timesMonitor sales performance and implement measures to improve revenueControl costs, including labour and stock, in line with business targetsOrder stock, manage inventory, and liaise with suppliersEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulationsMaintain quality control of all beverages and food productsHandle customer queries and complaints in a professional mannerPrepare reports on sales, staffing, and operational performance40 hours per week (flexible shifts, including weekends)Minimum RequirementsAt least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality (coffee shop or similar environment)Strong leadership and staff management skillsExperience in stock control and supplier coordinationKnowledge of food safety and hygiene standardsGood level of English (both written and spoken)Ability to work independently and manage multiple locationsPreferred (but not essential)Barista experienceExperience managing more than one siteFamiliarity with EPOS systems and basic financial reportingAdditional InformationThe role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekendsThe position is based on-site across two locations in Limerick
