Location: IrelandSalary: €70,000 - €80,000 per annum, up to 10% bonus plus Sodexo benefitsContract Type: Full Time, PermanentAre you an experienced Health & Safety professional with a strong Facilities Management (FM) background? Join Sodexo as a Health & Safety Divisional Lead and help drive a proactive zero-harm culture across complex, high-profile environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and promote a strong safety culture across multiple sites and FM operations.Provide expert H&S guidance across technical, catering, cleaning, security and front-of-house services.Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.Support GMP environments, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation.Provide H&S leadership throughout mobilisations, contract transitions and new site implementations.Lead on fire safety, emergency preparedness and business continuity.Deliver H&S training and support operational teams in embedding best practice.Partner with senior stakeholders, clients and operational teams to drive continual improvement.About YouRelevant Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.Strong FM experience, ideally across complex or multi-service environments.Experience working within GMP / regulated environments.Experience supporting mobilisations and contract transitions.Relevant Fire Safety qualifications and strong knowledge of fire safety requirements.Strong knowledge of risk management, incident investigation and H&S legislation.Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.Practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach.What We Offer24/7 virtual GP and Employee Assistance ProgrammeSodexo discounts across 1,900+ retailersPension and life assuranceLearning and development opportunitiesBike to Work scheme
