Chef De Partie (CDP) required in a restaurant located in Wicklow. Applicant must have over 2 years high level experience. Applicant must be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in a busy restaurant. Applicant must deliver consistently high-quality food, handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorisation are not received.
