Front of House ManagerAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our fast-paced hospitality team.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the front desk and maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate the efficient day-to-day operation of the front desk.• Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.• Work closely with the Operations, Reservations and Sales teams to ensure the smooth running of the business.• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including billing, GDPR, health and safety requirements.• Supervise and support front-of-house staff as required.• Assist with the resolution of guest queries and operational issues.• Ensure accurate communication and coordination between departments.Requirements:• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a Front of House or similar hospitality management role.• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.• Strong customer-service and communication skills.• Good spoken and written English.• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.• Experience with Opera or a similar hotel property-management system is an advantage but not essential.• Knowledge of GDPR, health and safety and general hospitality operating procedures is desirable.Work: 39 hrs/ week.Job Type: Full-timeAdditional pay: TipsBenefits: Employee discountSchedule: 8 hour shiftWork Location: In person
