DublinDuties:Help residents with personal care, hygiene, dressing and mobility, using equipment like hoists where neededSupport residents with meals and drinks, and record what they eat and drinkHelp with everyday tasks and activities, including outings (which may include driving)Give person-centred emotional and social support in line with care plans, and promote independence and choiceWatch for changes in residents’ health, report them to nursing staff, and take routine observationsProtect residents’ dignity, rights and privacy, and report safeguarding concerns right awayKeep care records accurate, in line with GDPR and HIQA standardsWork with the multidisciplinary team and take part in handovers and care plan reviewsComplete mandatory training and keep up with centre policies
