We know that our teams are the key to delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful experiences for our clients, customers, and employees.We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Caretaker/ Cleaner to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.What you'll doProviding care and support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being, and assisting with daily activities.Provide basic First Aid assistance in the event of an emergencySupport the safe operation of the building, including training in HVAC systemsCarry out light maintenance and DIY tasks as requiredEnsure the premises remain secure, safe and well maintainedReport any incidents, hazards or maintenance issues promptlyWhat you'll bringA strong sense of responsibility and reliabilityFlexibility to work evenings and weekends during school term timePractical DIY or maintenance skillsAbility to work independently and respond calmly in emergenciesGood communication skillsPrevious experience as a caretaker, handy person, facilities assistant or fire warden (desirable but not essential)Sodexo and our clients are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults within a regulated activity.
