The company is seeking two experienced Chef de Partie professionals to support kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety.Main Responsibilities:Prepare, cook and present meat-based dishes and other menu items.Manage the assigned kitchen section and organise ingredients and equipment.Monitor food quality, portion sizes and presentation.Maintain food storage, stock control and HACCP standards.Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and sanitised.Coordinate with kitchen staff and minimise food waste.Follow health and safety procedures.Candidate Profile:Minimum of two years' relevant experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.Good knowledge of cooking techniques, food hygiene and HACCP.Ability to organise kitchen tasks and maintain consistent food quality.Strong teamwork, communication and organisational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Availability to work on-site in Ireland for 39 hours per week.How to ApplyPlease send your CV to [email protected].
