Purpose of the RoleTo ensure the safe and efficient operation of the baking process, to maximise output within laid down parameters and ensuring that quality standards are achieved at all times.Responsibilities as a baker team memberAble to prepare, mix, plate, shape and bake products according to recipe guidelines with strong focus on quality.Maintaining a high standard of work.Complying with food safety standards to ensure HACCP are adhered to.Confirming with health and safety rules and regulations and ensure any issues are reported to your line manager.Ensuring good plant hygiene standards are maintained in the area you are working.Exhibiting behaviours that reflect a best in class approachAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.Carrying out any reasonable request from line manager to ensure we work as one team.Promoting a positive company image through accuracy, passion, flexibility and attitude.Champion our values of thinking responsibly, continuous improvement and growing together.Completing paperwork to legislation and company policies.Following company policies and report any issues in the correct mannerRequirements for the Role Ability to work as part of a teamGood inter-personal and communication skills with a good level of English.Attention to detailAbility to work on own initiative and under pressureProactive and “can do” attitudeExperience in the Food industry an advantage.
