Arcona Developments Limited require 4 Plasterers for its construction at Arcona Developments, Crowsgrove, Kildavin, Co. Carlow.The salary range starts from €36,605 based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required.

Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.Key ResponsibilitiesApply a range of external render systems including:Sand & CementMonocouche RendersAcrylic FinishesSilicone-Based FinishesExternal Insulation & ICF Rendering SystemsPrepare surfaces including cleaning, bonding, base coat application, and mesh installation.Produce consistent, high-quality finishes across all façade elements.Follow manufacturer specifications, technical details, and construction drawings.Coordinate effectively with site management and other trades.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.Identify and report substrate, detailing, or workmanship issues.Complete works within project programmes and agreed deadlines.Skills & ExperienceEssentialProven experience as an External Wall Plasterer / Renderer on residential or commercial projects.Strong understanding of modern rendering systems.Experience working with External Insulation and ICF systems.High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Strong awareness of site Health & Safety requirements.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good spoken and written English.DesirableExperience with machine-applied rendering systems.Relevant trade qualification.MEWP / Working at Heights certification.
