CNC Operator

We require 2 CNC Operators required to work at Drumakill Engineering Ltd, Drumakill, Castleblayney, County Monaghan,A75 Y393,Salary: €36,605.00 per annum for a 39-hour working week.Key Responsibilities• Proficient in machine operation• Loading of raw materials & unloading of completed parts• Requirement to operate multiple machines simultaneously• Performs inspections of own parts and co-workers work• Follows instructions when selecting appropriate tooling and fixtures• Uses measurement tools such as snap gage, digital callipers, micrometres, optical comparator and other measuring instruments• Adjusts tooling & work offsets• Minor editing of current programme• Ability to make adjustments to assure dimensions, tolerances and quality of parts• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment including top-off lubricants• Cleaning responsibilities includes equipment, chip removal and work area• Follows established procedures as well as quality and safety standards• Maintains a safe work environment
