Electrician

Aureol Global Connections is hiring for Electricians on behalf of Drilltech Drilling and Blasting Limited trading as Drilltech Limited, Ballinagoul, Kilmallock, Co Limerick, V35 DA09. The ideal candidate will have a recognised electrical qualification and proven experience working in industrial or heavy plant environments. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, fault-finding, maintaining and repairing electrical systems on heavy plant, quarrying, crushing, screening and drilling equipment. Duties include troubleshooting electrical control panels, motors, VFDs, PLC-controlled systems, sensors and machine control circuits, carrying out preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns, interpreting electrical drawings and technical documentation, and assisting with machinery installation and commissioning. The role requires the ability to work independently, maintain accurate maintenance records, and ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant safety procedures and electrical standards. Experience working on quarry or mobile plant equipment would be advantageous. This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €36,605-€40,000.
