The successful candidate will manage daily operations, supervise staff, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, control stock and costs, and ensure excellent customer service in a busy hospitality environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily running of the Deli counter, hot food service and fresh food preparation.Plan menus, oversee production and maintain high standards of food quality and presentationEnsure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)Control stock, costs, waste and profitabilityLead, train and motivate the Deli teamDeliver excellent customer service and handle catering ordersPerson SpecificationPrevious experience in a Deli Manager or Catering Manager roleStrong knowledge of food safety standards (Level 2/3 Food Hygiene essential)Good leadership and team management skillsCommercial awareness and ability to drive salesFlexible with availability, including weekendsIf you are passionate about fresh food and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.To apply: Please send your CV to [email protected]
