Restaurant / Catering Establishment ManagerBASE WOOD FIRED PIZZA92 Terenure Rd E, Dublin 6, D06 T6W4We are seeking an experienced Restaurant and Catering Establishment Manager to lead theday-to-day operations of our wood-fired pizza restaurant. The successful candidate will beresponsible for the overall management of the establishment, ensuring the consistentdelivery of high-quality substantial meals, exceptional customer service, and full compliancewith food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organise and direct the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, shift management and service standards.Ensure that all meals are prepared to company quality standards and that the establishment consistently supplies substantial meals to customers.Lead, train, motivate and develop the kitchen and front-of-house team to maintain high operational and service standards.Oversee stock control, ordering and supplier relationships to ensure optimal inventory levels and cost efficiency.Maintain full compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing regulations, including implementation of food safety management procedures.Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to protect and enhance the reputation of the establishment.Manage cash handling, banking and financial reporting, and contribute to the profitability and commercial performance of the restaurant.Schedule staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak periods.Drive sales and local marketing initiatives while upholding the standards of a quality pizza restaurant.Essential RequirementsRelevant third-level qualification in hospitality management.Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a management or supervisory role within a restaurant or catering establishment.Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.Practical knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures (Level 2/3 Food Hygiene certificate desirable).Competent in EPOS systems, stock management and basic financial reporting.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.Salary: €36,605 per annum
