Sdeal Ltd is recruiting a full-time Interior Designer with Mandarin Speaking to work on construction and interior fit-out projects.Location: Unit 8, Finches Industrial Park, Longmile Road, Dublin 12, D12 N9YVContract: Permanent, full-timeWorking Hours: 39 hours per weekAnnual Gross Basic Salary: €36,605.00Key Responsibilities• Communicate with clients in English and Mandarin Chinese to discuss design proposals and technical details.• Meet clients to understand their design requirements, preferences and project needs.• Visit construction sites to take measurements and coordinate interior design details.• Develop interior design concepts and prepare floor plans, technical drawings and 3D visualisations.• Produce detailed drawings for wall panels, flooring, interior layouts and bespoke cabinetry.• Advise clients on suitable materials, finishes and design options.Essential Requirements• Minimum two years’ relevant experience in interior design, including technical drawings and construction or fit-out projects.• A relevant qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline.• Ability to prepare accurate technical drawings and 3D visualisations using relevant design software.• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, with Mandarin required to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.How to ApplyPlease email your CV to [email protected], quoting “Interior Designer” in the subject line.Employer: Sdeal LtdAddress: Unit 8, Finches Industrial Park, Longmile Road, Dublin 12, D12 N9YVTelephone: 087 771 2382Email: [email protected]
