Lotts Production Limited trading as Lotts & Co. is looking for a full-time, permanent Chef de Partie to join our team.Duties include preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes; monitoring food quality and waste control; maintaining high standards of food hygiene and food safety; and ensuring HACCP procedures are followed.Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, hold HACCP training, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, health and safety.Permanent full-time positionAnnual salary: €37,000Hours: 39 per weekLocation: 47A Marlborough Road, Donnybrook, Dublin 4, D04 VR98Apply by email: [email protected]
