This role is key to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation are consistently delivered.As a supervisor, you will take ownership of service delivery, support and guide your team, and ensure all cleaning activities are completed efficiently and in line with agreed standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise, coordinate, and support a team of cleaning operatives to deliver high-quality cleaning servicesEnsure all areas, including offices, meeting rooms, communal spaces, and washrooms, are maintained to a professional corporate standardAllocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure completion of daily and periodic cleaning schedulesConduct regular quality checks and audits, addressing any issues promptlyAct as the first point of contact for client requests and operational queries during shiftEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including safe use of equipment and materialsSupport with training, onboarding, and development of team membersManage stock levels of cleaning supplies and report any requirementsComplete shift handovers, records, and incident reports accuratelyWhat We’re Looking For:Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities supervisory roleStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and support othersExcellent attention to detail and commitment to high service standardsGood understanding of health & safety and cleaning best practicesAbility to work independently, make decisions, and respond to operational needsStrong communication and organisational skills with a professional approach
