Key Responsibilities• Brewing & Prep: Make espresso, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to recipe.• Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders, explain menu options, and handle payments.• Cleanliness & Safety: Sanitize equipment and counters, restock supplies, and follow food hygiene rules.Requirements & Skills• Experience: Previous cafe, customer service, or food-handling experience is a plus.• Technical Skills: Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.• Soft Skills: Friendly attitude, clear communication, and ability to stay calm during busy rushes.
