Healthcare Assistant

Elm Homecare, part of The Elm Collection Limited, is seeking a compassionate and professional Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes across the CHO7 area (Dublin, Kildare, West Wicklow). Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting), meal preparation, medication prompts, mobility assistance, and emotional support.

The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting others with dignity and respect.Key Requirements:QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or Care Skills + Care of the Older Person)Minimum 6 months’ experience in a healthcare settingValid visa/work permit (if applicable)Good command of the English language, both spoken and writtenFull clean driving licence (desirable)Garda Vetting and references required.

Training provided. Uniforms and PPE supplied. Candidates must be flexible and willing to travel locally.
