Domestic BER Assessor – Leinster & Border Counties

McAuley Energy & Property Services Ltd is a growing building energy and property services company providing professional Building Energy Rating (BER) assessments and energy consultancy services across Ireland.As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Domestic BER Assessor to join our team.Our current focus is on domestic BER assessments, with plans to expand our services into non-domestic, airtightness testing, ventilation assessments and other building energy-related services.This is an excellent opportunity to join a developing company with opportunities for professional growth and progression.The RoleThe successful candidate will primarily carry out domestic BER assessments across our operating areas.Key Responsibilities:Conduct domestic BER surveys on residential properties.Collect accurate property measurements, photographs and supporting evidence.Complete BER assessments using SEAI's DEAP software.Prepare and publish BER certificates and Advisory Reports.Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with SEAI requirements.Liaise professionally with homeowners, estate agents and contractors.Manage appointments and assessments efficiently.Assist with additional building energy services as the company expands.RequirementsQualified Domestic BER Assessor.Good knowledge of DEAP software and SEAI assessment procedures.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Full driving licenceAbility to work independently and manage workloads effectively.How to ApplyIf you are a qualified Domestic BER Assessor looking for a new opportunity with a growing company, we would be delighted to hear from you.Please get in touch with a brief introduction outlining your experience, qualifications and location.McAuley Energy & Property Services Ltd (MEPS Ltd)
