Concrete Construction Teams

Our client is looking for experienced and reliable Concrete Construction Team members. The successful candidates will work as part of a skilled concrete crew, supporting the delivery of concrete works across a range of construction projects. You will be involved in the preparation, placement, finishing, and curing of concrete, as well as associated formwork, reinforcement, and general site activities. Working closely with the Concrete Foreman and wider construction team, you will help ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Previous experience working in concrete construction or a similar construction environment. Practical experience with concrete placing and finishing is highly desirable. Experience with formwork and/or reinforcement is an advantage. Good understanding of construction site health and safety. Ability to follow drawings, instructions, and site procedures. Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual construction work. Ability to work outdoors and in a physically demanding environment. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Ability to work efficiently under the direction of a Foreman. Relevant construction or trade qualifications are an advantage. Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification required. Additional construction safety qualifications are an advantage.
