Chicken & Curry Club Main Street Tulla Clare Ireland V95 HK19 is looking for 3 experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. Minimum 2 years of experience is required. The successful candidates will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced commercial environment while actively contributing to new product development and menu innovation. Key responsibilities include assisting in the daily preparation, cooking, and presentation of authentic food, section management during peak service hours, and strict monitoring of portion control, inventory rotation, and waste control. Candidates must ensure rigorous compliance with HACCP, food safety, and kitchen hygiene regulations at all times. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of direct professional experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced restaurant setting, alongside multitasking abilities and excellent teamwork.
