Workshop Operative / CNC Machine Operator

We specialise in cut-to-size MDF and melamine panels, CNC machining, edge banding and custom components for kitchens, wardrobes, furniture and interior projects. Main duties: Operating or assisting with CNC and panel-processing machinery Cutting and edge banding MDF and melamine panels Reading cutting lists, drawings and customer specifications Checking dimensions and finished parts for accuracy Labelling, organising and packing customer orders Loading and handling sheet materials safely Keeping the workshop clean, organised and safe The ideal candidate: Experience in CNC machining, cabinetmaking, joinery or furniture production is preferred Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately Reliable, punctual and willing to learn Able to work independently and as part of a small team Forklift experience and a full driving licence would be an advantage Applicants with strong practical skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
