This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands on professional with experience in construction, retrofit, insulation, ventilation, or building services projects. Key Responsibilities Manage day to day site operations and project delivery. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements. Review drawings and specifications and resolve site related issues. Maintain site records and provide regular progress updates. Liaise with clients, management, and project stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager, Foreman, or similar construction role. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple site activities. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Full clean driving licence preferred. Health & Safety awareness with a strong commitment to quality workmanship. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
