Arcona Developments Limited require 4 Plasterers for its construction at Arcona Developments, Crowsgrove, Kildavin, Co. Carlow. The salary range starts from €36,605 to €54,000 based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities Apply a range of external render systems including: Sand & Cement Monocouche Renders Acrylic Finishes Silicone-Based Finishes External Insulation & ICF Rendering Systems Prepare surfaces including cleaning, bonding, base coat application, and mesh installation. Produce consistent, high-quality finishes across all façade elements. Follow manufacturer specifications, technical details, and construction drawings. Coordinate effectively with site management and other trades. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Identify and report substrate, detailing, or workmanship issues. Complete works within project programmes and agreed deadlines. Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience as an External Wall Plasterer / Renderer on residential or commercial projects. Strong understanding of modern rendering systems. Experience working with External Insulation and ICF systems. High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong awareness of site Health & Safety requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good spoken and written English. Desirable Experience with machine-applied rendering systems. Relevant trade qualification. MEWP / Working at Heights certification.
