Position Bar & Hospitality Assistant Location : Co.Kerry Start Date Mid-August 2026 (or by agreement) Employment Permanent position Approximately 35 hours per week Weekend work required Availability during holiday periods is essential Occasional split shifts Salary & Benefits €17.00 per hour, depending on English language ability and previous hospitality experience Accommodation €125 per month, including all utility bills Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional bar service. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently. Deliver excellent customer service to both local and international guests. Assist with restaurant service during busy periods. Prepare and clean service areas before, during and after service. Support other areas of the business whenever required. Carry out general cleaning duties and maintain excellent hygiene standards. Restock bar supplies and keep workstations organised. Follow management instructions, training and company procedures. Work positively as part of a close-knit hospitality team. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Enjoys working with people in a busy hospitality environment. Is willing to learn and accepts training positively. Takes direction well from management. Is reliable, flexible and dependable. Works well as part of a team. Has good conversational English.
