Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management of front-of-house operations. Lead, motivate, and supervise service staff. Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times. Assist with staff training, coaching, and development. Ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods. Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally. Support management with operational procedures and service standards. Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.
