Export Coordinator required to work at KUEHNE & NAGEL LIMITED located at Unit J3, Smithstown Ind. Est, Clare, V41 N886. The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The duties include coordinating and aligning customer deliverables with customer care teams, partners and suppliers to manage the transportation of customers’ cargo; ensuring that a quotation is in place and correctly recorded in the QTAir system for every shipment; receiving, analysing and interpreting customers’ requirements and identifying the best operational solutions to meet their needs; handling customer-specific reporting tasks and maintaining client and cargo checklists; executing import and export activities assigned through the company’s operational systems, including order entry, file preparation and data input; gathering, controlling and processing shipment information to create transport documents, including HAWB, MAWB and IATA airway bills; liaising with customer care specialists regarding transit times, carrier selection and routing requirements; coordinating and communicating with colleagues in shared service centres to resolve operational issues; ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all documentation in accordance with company operational and legal standards; complying with all QSHE requirements and maintaining knowledge of GXP and GDP quality standards; adhering to HPRA guidelines, EU GDP Regulations, Irish Aviation Authority NCASP requirements, IATA Regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 28000 and ISO 45001 standards, as well as global, regional and national integrated management systems; and maintaining high operational performance standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
