SL Audio Limited - Is hiring a Business Analyst – Operations & Digital Solutions that will support the company’s operational performance and business growth by analysing business requirements, projects, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Working directly with the Managing Director, the role will act as a key link between clients, sound engineers, suppliers, and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects are effectively planned, coordinated, delivered, and aligned with business objectives. The role will apply business analysis techniques, Agile methodologies, and Design Thinking principles to conduct market research, assess business requirements, evaluate business functions and processes, and identify operational issues and improvement opportunities. The Business Analyst will translate findings into actionable recommendations and practical business solutions, supporting informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. The role will also involve preparing analytical reports, business documentation, and presentations for management and key stakeholders, contributing to the company’s strategic planning and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities ● Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and business growth. ● Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders. ● Analyse projects and communication between clients, sound engineers, suppliers, and external stakeholders. ● Develop project plans, monitor timelines, and support successful project delivery. ● Conduct business process analysis and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. ● Prepare business documentation, process maps, functional specifications, and management reports. ● Apply Agile methodologies and Design Thinking principles to support business problem-solving and continuous improvement. ● Support strategic planning and business transformation initiatives.
