Residential Child Care Workers – Children’s Residential Service Full-Time, Part-Time & Relief Children’s Residential Service – Carlow Eden Social Care is a children’s residential provider opening a therapeutic home for young people aged 6–12 in Carlow. From the outset, this service has been designed with one guiding principle: safe, consistent relationships are the foundation of effective care, for young people and for staff. We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers who want to be part of building a high-quality service, with strong governance, reflective practice, and staff wellbeing embedded into daily operations.
