We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Fabricator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and preparing window units within a factory environment.
This is a full-time position of 39 hours per week and requires expertise with hand tools, power tools, and machinery, including CNC operation. Candidates with experience with metal structures is required.
Key Responsibilities Fabrication & Assembly
Measure, cut, and drill aluminum, uPVC, or timber profiles according to specifications
Assemble window frames and sashes
Install gaskets, seals, hinges, handles, locks, and other hardware components
Fit and secure glazing units into frames
Machinery Operation
Operate CNC machines, cutting saws, drilling equipment, and other fabrication tools
Set up machinery according to production requirements
Maintain equipment and report faults or maintenance needs
Technical Interpretation
Read and interpret CAD drawings, technical plans, and manufacturing specifications
Follow production schedules and job sheets accurately
Quality Control
Inspect completed window units for accuracy, alignment, and structural integrity
Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards
Identify and rectify fabrication defects before dispatch
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations
Use appropriate PPE at all times
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Window Fabricator.
Operate and maintain CNC machines, cutting saws, drilling equipment, and other
fabrication tools.
Excellent familiarity with CNC machinery
Ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements

Strong teamwork and communication skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and handle heavy materials
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Education & Certification
High school diploma or equivalent
On-the-job training or relevant workshop experience
Interior Design Technician diploma
Work Environment
Previous experience as a Window Fabricator.
Experience as an Interior Design Technician.
Proficiency using power tools and fabrication machinery; CNC experience preferred.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately.
Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly work.
