Oblivious Software Limited is hiring a Founder’s Associate to work across product strategy, go-to-market and the commercial management of the business. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. Key responsibilities: Develop go-to-market strategy for new and existing products, including positioning, messaging and launch planning. Work with the technical team on product strategy and roadmap development, translating technical capabilities into clear commercial propositions for customers and the wider market. Use product usage data and customer feedback to inform positioning, messaging and go-to-market decisions. Develop and execute marketing strategy across relevant channels. Support investor and client negotiations and contribute to broader commercial decision-making. Key requirements: A primary degree in business, marketing, law, economics or a related discipline. Experience in go-to-market strategy, commercial strategy, product marketing or a comparable role in a technology business. Ability to work effectively with technical teams and translate technical concepts for commercial audiences. Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working across different areas of a fast-moving technology business. Able to take ownership of varied projects and work with senior internal and external stakeholders.
