Recruitment Team Leader

The position of Recruitment Team Leader is required at IClean Services located at Unit F, Block D, Oldenway Business Park, Monivea Rd., Galway, H91XE4A. Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role. Duties include leading and managing the recruitment team, overseeing the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring alignment with company staffing needs, and developing strategies to attract top talent. The role also involves conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating with department heads to understand hiring requirements, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Additionally, the Recruitment Team Leader will provide guidance and support to the recruitment team, monitor team performance, and implement improvements in recruitment practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
