Assistant Restaurant Manager

Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa are looking to recruit an Assistant Restaurant Manager. Must have previous Restaurant or Bar supervisory or management experience, preferably in a 4 star hotel or high quality environment. This is a hands-on role, working both on the floor in the Restaurant & Lounge to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the Lounge & Restaurant. Live in accommodation available, Meals on Duty, Access to Gym & Seawater Pool, Excellent Package & Benefits, Salary will be subject to experience.
