We are looking for a motivated Regional Sales Director to develop the commercial strategy and set business goals to deliver within a fast-growing and innovative sector. This is an influential leadership roles within a supportive and ambitious organisation, offering the opportunity to shape regional success while empowering others to reach their full potential. You’ll combine strategic thinking with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style to drive sustainable growth and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching, and developing a team to achieve regional objectives and KPIs servicing an Engineering and Construction focused customer base. Creating a positive, high-performance culture focused on growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement Strengthening customer partnerships to support long-term business success Developing effective use of data to aid in decision making, Supporting change initiatives while ensuring alignment with company values and strategic goals We’re looking for candidates who have: Experience leading in a strategic and hands on way, A strong commercial background, with excellent knowledge in the local construction market.
