Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Wellness Deliver wellness classes including yoga, meditation, stretch, sound bath and guided stone meditation. Welcome and host guests, providing spa tours, tea rituals and personalised wellness recommendations. Ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout their visit. Wellness Programmes Design bespoke wellness itineraries and multi-day programmes for individuals and groups. Coordinate personalised wellness journeys with the Spa Reception team. Act as the specialist for wellness technologies (biohacking equipment) and the Mineral Pool Experience. Develop wellness rituals and support therapy team initiatives. Visiting Practitioners Coordinate seasonal wellness residencies and collaborate with external practitioners to deliver engaging guest experiences and events. Team & Staff Wellbeing Deliver weekly staff wellness sessions and organise quarterly wellbeing events. Promote a culture of wellbeing across the hotel. Operations & Sales Support the Spa team in daily operations while maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards. Promote spa treatments, wellness programmes, retail products, memberships and gift vouchers. Contribute to revenue growth through proactive guest engagement and support wellness group bookings. Work with Sales & Marketing to increase awareness of wellness offerings. General Duties Maintain professional standards, punctuality and flexibility. Ensure equipment, administration, health & safety, environmental and company policies are upheld. Attend meetings, training and provide demonstrations where required. Undertake additional duties as requested by the Spa Manager or Hotel General Manager. Success Measures High guest satisfaction and positive wellness feedback. Growth in wellness programme participation, group bookings and revenue. Increased uptake of wellness experiences, treatments and wellness technologies. Strong staff engagement in wellbeing initiatives. Successful delivery of specialist residency programmes.
