SDR Restaurants Limited is seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join our team at Primo Italian Restaurant in Kilkenny. Duties include preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard; managing and organising the assigned section of the kitchen; monitoring food quality and portion control; assisting with stock control and food preparation; and maintaining high standards of food hygiene, health and safety. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a professional kitchen and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. HACCP knowledge is required. Full-time permanent position, 39 hours per week. Salary: 36,605 per annum, based on 39 hours per week. Location: Unit 4, Block B, The Smithlands Centre, Loughboy, Kilkenny.
