Cafe Maazian Street Foods Limited seeking 1 Chef De Partie Main duties includes; Planning menus and preparing a variety of Indian and Asian dishes Monitoring the quality, consistency and presentation of all dishes before service. Supervising, organising and instructing kitchen staff within a designated section of the kitchen. Coordinating kitchen activities and overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas. Assisting with the development of new menu items and maintaining high culinary standards Experience preparing and cooking Indian and Asian cuisine in a professional restaurant kitchen essential Contact type: 24 Months Permanent full-time 2 years experience required 39 hours per week / Salary €36,605 annually / €18.05 per hour
