Chef de Partie

We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie with 2-3 years experience within a similar role. Key Skills & Attributes: * Be able to work in all areas of the kitchen * Maintain clean and prepared workstations * Be able to work under pressure with a positive attitude * Comply with all HACCP legislation and documentation * Assist with menu development * Assist with stock rotation, wastage and cost controls * Be available to work a mix of mornings, days and evenings over the seven day week
