Aureol Global Connections is hiring for Mechanical Fitters on behalf of J. Grennan & Sons Unlimited Company, Rath, Birr, Offaly, Ireland R42 YA49. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: carrying out routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of feed mill machinery and equipment to support efficient day-to-day operations. The role involves diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance to minimise downtime, and maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems where required. The role also involves responding to equipment breakdowns, assisting with the installation and commissioning of new machinery, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. Candidates should have experience working in an industrial or agricultural environment, with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. A good level of welding and fabrication experience is required, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team while ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety procedures. This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €36,605-€40,000. Interested applicants should send their CV to [email protected].
