We are hiring an experienced Groundworker + Plumber to support residential extensions, attic conversions, and modular home installations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone confident with foundations, drainage, pipework, and utility connections. Key Responsibilities Groundworks — site prep, levelling, trenching, compacting Foundations — pouring, shuttering, concrete base preparation Drainage — installing and connecting waste lines, stormwater channels Plumbing — hot/cold feeds, pipe routing, bathroom/kitchen connections Utility connections for kitchens, bathrooms, and external services Working alongside carpenters, electricians, and blocklayers on extension builds Requirements 4–6 years experience in groundworks and plumbing knowledge of domestic drainage & pipework Ability to read site drawings Safe Pass required
