Chef de Partie

Job Description: Responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes within an assigned section of the kitchen, maintaining consistent food quality, presentation and portion control. The Chef de Partie will organise daily mise en place, monitor stock, maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, and work efficiently with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team. Key Requirements: Relevant culinary qualification or professional kitchen experience. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen preferred. Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen procedures. Strong understanding of HACCP, food hygiene and health & safety standards. Ability to manage an assigned section independently and work under pressure. Good organisation, time management and communication skills. Consistent attention to food quality, presentation and portion control. Ability to work effectively as part of a busy kitchen team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
