Rosa Hospitality Ltd. T/A The Village Hotel are currently seeking for Chef de Parties for their restaurant located at Eastham Road, Bettystown, Co Meath, A92 XY19. The Chef de Partie will be in charge of managing a specific section of the kitchen on site, ensuring the efficient preparation, cooking and presentation of food in line with the employer's standards and overall hygiene regulations as requested. The Chef de Partie will play a key role in maintaining quality, consistency and food safety. Requirements for the role: a minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie is essential.
