LSM Engineering Ltd was formed in 1997 as an engineering firm in Portlaoise to manufacture balers for the packaging recycling market. Due to company expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit experienced MIG Welder Fabricators to join our production team based at our factory in Portlaoise. Ideally the candidate will have 5 years experience in similar roles, and have MIG welding and fabrication experience. Requirements Include: Proven experience in a similar role. Innovative and quick to grasp ideas to develop creative and viable solutions to problems. Able to demonstrate high levels of motivation required to meet strict deadlines. Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and health & safety. · Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within the organisation · Proven ability and agility to embrace new systems, processes, technology and ideas Experience: MIG Welding: 5 years (required) Work authorisation: Ireland (required) Work Location: In person Salary starting at €37,545 per annum based on a 40 hour week.
