Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality Chinese dishes according to established recipes and standards. Plan and execute seasonal menus in collaboration with the kitchen team. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations are followed. Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef for minimum 2 years; culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
