Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with employers to expand organisational recruitment networks, strengthen workforce engagement, and identify sustainable employment opportunities.
Identify workforce requirements through continuous employer engagement, labour market intelligence, and sector analysis to support organisational employment initiatives.
Coordinate employer engagement activities, business outreach programmes, and partnership development to strengthen employer participation and programme outcomes.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with employers, public sector agencies, educational institutions, healthcare partners, and community organisations to enhance employment networks and workforce development initiatives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary programme teams to support integrated service delivery, operational planning, and achievement of organisational objectives in accordance with established procedures.
Design and implement employer engagement strategies, including customised workforce solutions, recruitment initiatives, and business development activities aligned with programme objectives.
Facilitate employer consultations, partnership meetings, networking events, and stakeholder engagement activities to promote organisational programmes and strengthen employer participation.
Monitor labour market trends, workforce demands, sector developments, and regional employment opportunities to support strategic planning, employer engagement, and programme development.
Manage programme operations by ensuring compliance with organisational policies, contractual obligations, operational standards, quality assurance requirements, and governance frameworks.
Maintain accurate programme records, analyse employment and operational performance data, prepare management reports, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Coordinate employment programme activities through effective stakeholder communication, operational planning, and continuous service improvement initiatives to achieve organisational performance targets.
Support employer onboarding, workforce retention initiatives, and post-placement employer engagement to strengthen long-term business relationships and employment sustainability.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, organisational governance requirements, confidentiality obligations, quality assurance standards, and all applicable operational procedures.
Participate in organisational meetings, professional development programmes, national networking initiatives, and cross-sector collaborations to support continuous improvement and service excellence.
Contribute to organisational planning, programme innovation, performance improvement, and strategic workforce development initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and employer engagement outcomes.
