Clare.Duties:Provide person-centred personal care and support to residentsAssist with daily living activities, including mobility, hygiene, nutrition and comfortSupport the nursing team in delivering safe, dignified careRecord and report changes in residents' conditionFollow HIQA standards and Cahercalla policiesRequirements:QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent), or relevant care experienceGood communication skills and a caring approachAbility to work as part of a team
