A&A Ventures Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager – Specialist Cycling Equipment to support the establishment and growth of its specialist cycling business in Ireland. The successful candidate will combine business development expertise with advanced technical knowledge of bicycles and e-bikes to support the company's commercial growth and operational excellence. Main Duties - Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's presence within the cycling industry in Ireland. - Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with bicycle manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and key business partners. - Identify new market opportunities, evaluate new product lines and recommend commercial initiatives to support business growth. - Source, evaluate and select specialised bicycles, electric bicycles, components, accessories and workshop equipment, ensuring technical compatibility, product quality and commercial viability. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging cycling technologies, providing recommendations to strengthen the company's product offering and commercial performance. - Provide technical leadership by establishing and maintaining technical standards for specialised bicycles and e-bikes, ensuring product quality, technical performance and operational excellence - Provide technical guidance and product expertise to support staff development, enhance customer service standards and facilitate the successful introduction of new cycling technologies and specialised products.
