Shuttering Carpenter

Burren Precast Concrete (Irl) Limited, trading as Carlow Concrete, is seeking 2 skilled Shuttering Carpenters to join its team in Co. Carlow. Main duties will include constructing, assembling and erecting shuttering and formwork for concrete structures; measuring and cutting timber and formwork materials; interpreting drawings and specifications; setting out and positioning formwork accurately; installing supports and bracing; preparing shuttering for concrete pours; checking dimensions, levels and alignment; safely removing and dismantling formwork when required; maintaining tools and work areas; and carrying out associated skilled shuttering carpentry duties safely and efficiently. Applicants must have relevant practical experience in shuttering/formwork carpentry and be capable of carrying out the duties of the role to a high professional standard. This is a permanent full-time position, 39 hours per week, with an annual salary of €36,605. Minimum Experience Required: 2 Years
